Mark Hindley
CFO, HB Management & Garage Door partners
Mark Hindley is CFO at both HB Management, a +$200 million AUM family office, and Garage Door Partners, a trade services focused private investment firm. In both roles, Mark leads a finance team focused on capital deployment strategies, due diligence and M&A execution, and a host of growth, scale, and EBITDA building priorities.
Immediately prior, Mark was the Managing Director of Blockchain Innovation at Cogent Bank, spearheading product development, risk management and sales strategy for crypto and blockchain enabled entities. In this role, Mark partnered closely with blockchain infrastructure builders, crypto natives, exchanges, miners, DAO’s, and emerging protocols across the decentralized finance ecosystem. Mark discovered his “orange pill” in 2015 while working in Haiti, through a partnership with The (Ray) Dalio Foundation, pioneering digital funds transfers and micro lending in the most challenging of economic environments.
Mark has nearly 20 years of experience in both corporate finance and banking, serving in executive level finance positions for the last 10. Mark’s corporate finance experience includes spearheading several private equity acquisitions and divestitures, with total enterprise values exceeding $100 Million across multiple industry verticals. Notable tenures for Mark include CFO at Waylanders, a SMB private equity fund focused on the logistics and transportation verticals, and CFO at Adaptive Computing, an international software developer of Ultra High-Performance Computing applications. Mark’s banking career included Large Corporate positions with Fifth Third, Regions, and First Horizon, managing total portfolios of more than $1 Billion.
Mark served honorably in the Indiana Air National Guard and is an alumnus of Purdue University.
