THE SOURCE: 7 STAR RANCH
We have secured a half-cow from 7 Star Ranch—local, grass-fed, and regenerative. It is currently being butchered, hung, and dry-aged for three weeks specifically for this night.
THE MENU: NOSE-TO-TAIL
Beef: Prime cuts, organs, and ancestral preparations.
White Meat: Pasture-raised Pork and Chicken from Pineshine Farms.
Fish: Fresh from Dilly’s Fish Co
The Standard: 100% Carnivore. Zero compromise.
THE KITCHEN
Orchestrated by LakotabyChefCourt, bringing a unique spin on ancestral game to the table. With additional culinary direction from Chef Ming Yee (of local hidden gem Nat Nat), this menu is designed to honor the animal and fuel the body.
THE LOCATION: CLASSIFIED This is not at a hotel. The dinner will be hosted at a private luxury residence in Naples.
The exact coordinates will be revealed exclusively to ticket holders 24 hours prior to the feast.
