Stefan Szwarc is a Sioux Falls estate planning attorney with the Goosmann Law Firm who helps professionals and business owners in South Dakota, across the United States, and internationally, develop legacy plans with an eye towards comprehensive transition design, tax optimization, and asset protection. With experience in the design, drafting, and administration of South Dakota trust and a background in financial planning he works with clients to develop plans ranging from simple to complex.

As Bitcoin and other digital assets become a growing staple in client holdings, Stefan has expanded his practice to involve planning related to the safeguarding and transition of digital assets and incorporated such planning with numerous clients. He is involved with the South Dakota Blockchain Institute and participates in State Bar and South Dakota Trust Association initiatives related to legislative adoption and implementation of digit asset rules and regulations.

Stefan is a graduate of Augustana College and the Wake Forest University School of Law. He enjoys participating in community events, serving on the Board of the Compass Center, teaching regularly with Junior Achievement, and serving as an officer of the Sports Car Club of Siouxland.
